On the page of each item there is the stock status with one of these headings: "In Warehouse!" (it is present at the Boutique), means that within 2 days of receipt of payment you will be able to receive it comfortably at home; "We're sorry! This product is currently sold out” (waiting times in this case are approximately 30 – 60 days with related updates via email or whatsapp). The watch is not present in the Boutique. I also take orders for watches as desired by the customer, with the necessary waiting times accompanied by updates via email or whatsapp (with the receipt of the deposit equal to 20% of the average market price).
Payments can be made via bank transfer (BB), credit card (CC) and PayPal (PP). All the information regarding the IBAN can be found in the last step at check-out.
We ship via Ferrari insured courier within 48–72 hours of receipt of payment. Please note, however, that delivery times may be longer on weekends or holidays. For watches with the "on request/made to order" status, delivery times will be within the expected 30–60 days. For shipments within Europe, there will be approximately 10 days of waiting time in addition to product availability. For worldwide shipments, there will be approximately 20 days of waiting time in addition to the watch's availability. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the selling price at checkout.
Watch purchases and repairs: 12-month warranty
The possibility of withdrawal from the purchase contract is accepted. We offer a "Satisfaction or Refund" service for the 100%; you can contact us via chat and/or send an email to info@watchcenter.it. With the order details, the watch details, and the completed form Within 14 days of receiving the product. There are conditions and standards that we will follow once the watch has been returned to the Boutique. During the initial preparation of the order, photos will be taken, archived and sent via email to avoid any misunderstandings. They will be compared upon receipt and must comply with these conditions. The watch must not have been worn. The watch must not be damaged. The watch must not be dirty. The watch must be contemporary with the time it was received. Once this check-in has been completed, the payment will be immediately credited via PayPal. Please note that the return is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Insured shipping costs and commissions for the payment method used are not included. Watch Center will not remit the percentage of the money paid for payment circuit/payment method commissions. For this reason, we recommend using bank transfer as the payment method, obviously due to the very low bank commissions.
The timepiece's page will contain all the details regarding its condition, accessories, year, and all other relevant information. All pre-owned watches for sale in the shop have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. All pre-owned watches will be carefully serviced and inspected before being put up for sale.
Upon request we provide a purchase, exchange and evaluation service for your used vehicle with immediate payments via BB.
